Silanna Semiconductor, The Power Density Leader, today announced their partnership with Heincro Technology to launch an industry breakthrough all-silicon 65W 2C1A Multi-Port Fast Charger. Silanna Semiconductor focuses on the ultimate power management challenges with the best-in-class power density and efficiency that delight customers with unprecedented BoM savings. Heincro Technology partnered with Silanna Semiconductor by utilizing their AC/DC active clamp flyback (ACF) controller.
The full production of Silanna’s ACF controller started in mid-2020 and is continuing to make a huge impact in the technology sector with power supply and technology companies becoming increasingly interested in the product’s high efficiency and power density. The ACF architecture reduces BOM cost by not only integrating the ACF circuit but also enabling designers to use a lower-cost transformer, SR FET, clamp capacitor, and input filter.

Silanna’s ACF is well suited for designing compact adapters for powering notebooks, video game consoles, and multi-port wall chargers, meaning it is highly desirable for power supply and technology companies to utilize in their products. Heincro Technology is one of many technology companies to take advantage of this breakthrough product.
