NIC Components’ NSPE-TS product series of surface mount SMT aluminum electrolytic capacitors utilize advanced hybrid construction, combining conductive polymer with liquid electrolyte, resulting in low ESR, high ripple current ratings (up to 3.9Arms), self-healing characteristics, and stable performance over -55℃ to +125℃ operating temperature range.

NSPE-TS series supports downsized circuit designs using smaller or fewer components, covers 100uF to 1000uF capacitance range in 6.3vdc and 10Vdc ratings, and is an alternate – upgrade to the legacy NSPE-S product series (NRND EOL). The NSPE-TS series is load life rated at +125℃ (2000 hours) and +105℃ (5000 hours) and supports low voltage high current power applications requiring stability at low operating temperatures, such as automotive, industrial controls, enterprise, networking, and communication infrastructure equipment.

NSPE-TS meets the requirements of AEC-Q200, including extended bias humidity testing; +85℃, 85% RH testing for up to 2000 hours. The SMT construction is halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request.
