RECOM이 오프 하이웨이 전기 차량에 적합한 가성비 높고 소형이며 플러그 앤 플레이 기능이 지원되는 DC/DC 컨버터인 RMOD 500-W 제품군을 출시했다. 500W 출력을 제공하고 완전히 밀폐되어 있으며 차량 섀시에 장착 가능한 IP67 정격 제품인 RMOD 500-W의 입력 범위는 32-96V이므로 공칭 48V, 60V, 72V 및 80V 배터리와 사용하기에 적합하다. 사용 가능한 출력은 13.7V, 13V, 12.4V, 11.7V, 24.5V 및 23.5V이며 더 높은 출력을 얻기 위해서는 병렬로 사용이 가능하다. 인증된 절연 정격은 2.25kVDC이고 외부 작동 온도 범위는 -40°C ~ +90°C이다. 이 제품은 입력 저전압 및 역극성, 과열 및 출력 과전류 및 과전압을 포함한 포괄적인 보호 기능을 제공한다. EMC, 충격/진동, 열충격/온도 사이클, 소금 미스트, 물/먼지 침투 및 안전성도 보장한다. RMOD500-W의 크기는 커넥터를 포함하여 198 x 113 x 45mm이며 베이스 플레이트 냉각 방식으로 설계되었다. 커넥터를 포함한 전체가 방수 및 방진 기능을 갖추었으므로 보호가 되지 않는 차량의 어느 부분에도 장착이 가능하다.
