The new TVS array is designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrical overstress, lightning, CDE, and ESD. The PVCOM24 offers a fast response time, a low operating voltage, low leakage current, and a low clamping voltage. It is compatible with IEC standards 61000- (ESD): air plus or minus 30kV, contact plus or minus30kV; with 61000-4-4 (EFT): 4kV - 5/50ns; and with 61000-4-5 (surge): 37A, 8/20 microseconds.
